Here is my list of traits I would like to be able to say I have at the end of this:
1. A good listener
2. A trustworthy, honest person
3. An empathetic, caring person
4. A giving, selfless person
5. A good communicator
6. Someone who is able to solve arguments without yelling or showing anger
7. An advocate for others who cant be for themselves (ex: someone who volunteers at a womens shelter and can help others in need who domt believe they have a voice)
8. Someone who wants to learn as much as possible
9. Someone who doesnt fill their minds with junk (ex: crappy media like Kardashians or Real Housewives)
10. Someone who is able to let others talk without intervening and feeling the need to be apart of every conversation
11. A person who is comfortable with who they are as a person and doesnt apologize for things that dont need an apology
12. Someone who is proud of their beliefs and isnt afraid to show them
13. A finacially stable person
14. Someone who doesnt use body language and passive aggresiveness to express her feelings, but someone who is able to express herself in a healthy manner
15. A healthy, fitness orientated person
16. A sober person
17. A mother who is always teaching her daughter new things and always putting her first
18. Someone who knows what they want in the future and has a goal to get there
19. A confident woman who stands up for herself
20. Someone who doesnt use vulgar language
The first trait Im going to start with is #10- someone who is able to let others talk without intervening and feeling the need to be apart of every conversation. I will start blogging about that tomorrow!

ReplyDeleteLove the traits :) one of the best ways to get started with all of it is to write out what concrete actions you'll do to achieve the traits. That way its easier to really track your progress
